+ EnergIA Libre is responsible for the personal data you provide through our forms and contact channels.

2. Purpose

We use your data only to:

• Answer your questions and requests for information.
• Prepare proposals related to our services.
• Maintain the relationship arising from the services you hire or request.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your express consent, unless required by law.

3. Tools this site uses

• Google Analytics: we use this Google tool to learn, as statistics, how the site is used (pages visited, type of device and clicks on contact buttons). Google may use cookies for this. You can block them in your browser settings.
• WhatsApp: the contact buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Anything you send us that way is also subject to the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy.
• Internal notice: when you click a WhatsApp button, we receive an email notice with the button used, the page and the pre-written message (if you use the contact form, it includes the name and message you wrote). That notice does not include your phone number or your IP address.
• Artificial intelligence assistant: the chat on this site is answered by an artificial intelligence (Claude models by Anthropic). What you write in the chat is sent to that service to generate the reply, and we store it on our server, together with your name and phone number if you choose to give them, so an expert can continue with your case. Do not write sensitive data such as passwords or card numbers. If you prefer to talk to a person, message us on WhatsApp or call us.

4. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or while we have an active business relationship with you.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability at any time by sending a request to the email address in the footer, together with a document that proves your identity.

6. Information security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect legal changes or improvements to our services. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
